Eminence Global Sourcing Advisory ("Eminence", "we", "us") provides sourcing and procurement advisory services to residential, hospitality, aviation and marine projects worldwide. We are the data controller for the personal information described in this policy.

Enquiries by email. When you contact us through the email addresses published on this site, we receive your name, email address, and anything you choose to include in your message, such as company, project details or telephone number.

WhatsApp contact. If you contact us via the WhatsApp link, we receive your WhatsApp display name, phone number and message content. That exchange also takes place on WhatsApp's platform and is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy terms.

Supplier and partner enquiries. Company name, country, product category, website, certifications and any contact details you send us.

Technical data. Standard server logs generated when any website is accessed, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, used for security and reliability only.

We use personal data to respond to your enquiry, to provide and administer our advisory services, to evaluate supplier and partner proposals, to maintain the security and integrity of this website, and to comply with our legal and contractual obligations.

Our lawful bases are your consent (for optional cookies and unsolicited contact), the performance of a contract or steps taken at your request, our legitimate interest in operating and securing our business, and compliance with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

We share personal data only where necessary: with our website and email hosting providers, with WhatsApp where you choose that channel, with suppliers, manufacturers and logistics partners where this is required to deliver a project you have engaged us on, and with professional advisers or authorities where the law requires it.

Because we operate internationally, your data may be transferred outside your country of residence, including outside the EEA and UK. Where that happens we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

This site uses essential cookies and local browser storage that are necessary for it to function and to remember your cookie choice. We currently run no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts.

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards, typically up to 24 months. Records relating to engaged projects are retained for the duration of the engagement and for as long as required by contractual, tax and legal obligations, typically up to seven years. Server logs are retained for a short technical period. Data is deleted or anonymised once it is no longer required.

Depending on where you live, including under the EU GDPR and UK GDPR, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing already carried out.

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@eminence-global.com. We will respond within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority, such as the ICO in the United Kingdom.

We apply appropriate organisational and technical measures to protect personal data, including restricted access, reputable hosting and email providers, and encrypted connections. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed as entirely secure.

We may update this policy from time to time. The revised version takes effect from the "Last updated" date shown above.
